YogaBellies for Pregnancy, YogaBellies for Mum & Baby
Hi I’m Pam and am a Yoga Teacher and Workshop Facilitator. Yoga found me as a young mum, and gave me back my sanity in a difficult time (I had 2 under two and found being a new mum a challenge). Many moons have now passed but yoga has been a constant in my life. I undertook my full yoga training after taking voluntary severance from The University of Hull, and have been self-employed (and loving it) ever since.
|Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...||
I became a YogaBellies Teacher because I kept getting asked for pregnancy yoga and found YogaBellies (via a google search) and liked the idea of the of the YogaBellies community as well as the Yoga training. I am thrilled to be part of the YogaBellies family and really enjoy all things YogaBellies. I love teaching pregnancy and Mum & Baby yoga and getting to know the mummies who come to YogaBellies. I also do regular YogaBellies mummy meet ups so that we can all get to know each other a bit better beyond the class too and that is just lovely. I love meeting the babies that I knew as bumps.

I would certainly recommend the classes to anybody expecting a baby. I just wish I had found out about it earlier so I could have done more sessions.
