About Me

I have practised and taught yoga for a number of years and love it all!
I have completed the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and I have also have a 200 teaching Diploma through the Yoga Sanctuary Southampton.
I am dedicated to following the yogic path, which has brought so many benefits to me and I continue to love sharing the teachings with students.

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

Since having a baby 4 years ago I discovered that there was a gap in pregnancy yoga, mother and baby yoga in the new forest, so I wanted to take action on this. I loved the whole YogaBellies ethos, so the natural progression for me was to become a YogaBellies teacher.

What people have said about my YogaBellies classes...

I loved the classes, the yoga breathing was a Godsend with the birth.
I felt much more calm and in control during the birth.

I would highly recommend Michelle’s Yoga Bellies to any mums to be – whether you are into your yoga or not. It is a great way to relax, unwind and connect with your baby once a week, and I always get a great night’s sleep afterwards! It is more than just keeping fit and meeting other lovely ladies – it gives you a whole toolbox of techniques that you can use in the lead up to, and during labour. It has helped me to feel calm and confident about the birth of my baby.

After loving the pregnancy yoga classes with my bump I wanted to carry on with yoga to help me with relaxation.
Baby yoga has allowed me and my new baby to relax and spend some quality, one on one, time together. With a toddler at home this time is a rarity.
