About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I’m Lyndsey, wife, mother and YogaBellies instructor. I teach YogaBellies classes in Renfrewshire West and Inverclyde. I live in Bearsden with my husband, Gianni and my little boy Leo. Both of my boys keep me on my toes and were the inspiration for my career change from desk to yoga mat :)

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

Since my pregnancy with little Leo I have been passionate about all things woman, pregnancy, birth and baby. I am beyond excited and honoured that I get to share in some truly special times with women and their families as a YogaBellies instructor. Like a lot of mums to be I heard about YogaBellies when I was pregnant from a friend who knew I would enjoy it and she was right! The pregnancy classes were a rare moment of relaxation in an otherwise hectic week and a wonderful opportunity to bond with my baby who I couldn’t wait to bring to mum and baby class. I hope my classes will be as valuable for my ladies as they were for me.
