About Me

Hi! My name is Vicki and I hold YogaBellies classes in Dundee at Menzieshill Community Centre. Sooo Exciting! I live in Dunblane with my fabulous husband Grant and our beautiful daughter Aria. Oh and we also have a little dog Bella! I love, love, love yoga and also spending time with my family and friends, whom are all super important to me. I enjoy going walks, dancing in the living room with Aria and watching box sets with Grant. My favourites just now are The Walking Dead and Designated Survivor. Love Keifer Sutherland!

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

Yoga is amazing! I enjoy it so much. I became a yoga teacher as I want to share this magical thing with others. YogaBellies really is a dream come true for me. I loved being pregnant and I love yoga so being able to support and teach women through pregnancy and beyond is simply amazing! It gives women time to focus, relax and prepare mentally for birth. It is an honour for me to be in a position where I can help.

* I’ve just started my second block of Yogabellies classes and absolutely love them. I really feel that these weekly classes have helped me bond with my baby so much more than just being excited to meet them and looking forward to our due date. Vicky has thought about so much down to the aromatherapy & relaxing music – really helps you get in the zone & shut the world out for the class! I’ve learnt so much from these classes – breathing techniques for throughout pregnancy & labour & also how to create a ‘safe space’ for myself and baby to help at the birth. Vicky is also on hand whenever you have any questions for the class or even just little pregnancy tips that might help your current situ! There’s also ALWAYS drinks & snacks available too which is a major selling point! Can’t wait to continue the classes & get into mother & baby classes! Thank you again for everything! – Morag Clark

* I have only been to two classes so far & I am loving it. Vicki is so welcoming and enthusiastic and instantly puts you at ease. * Fabulous class! I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door, everyone was so lovely. Vicki is such an enthusiastic and supportive instructor, and she kindly adapts poses to suit individual requirements (much appreciated with my dodgy knees!). * Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The classes are tailored for Mum’s no matter what stage in their pregnancy they may be in and whether you have PGP, high blood pressure, low blood pressure or a general achey day – Vicki takes the time to show you an alternative position so you don’t miss out.
Such an easy going, relaxing atmosphere with a friendly instructor and lovely ladies who make you feel so welcome at every class.
Can’t wait for YogaBellies Falkirk to expand so i can do some Mum & Baby yoga when my little one gets here!

* Well what can I say about yogabellies Falkirk? From my very 1st contact with Victoria she was so professional and friendly I couldn’t wait to get started! On the 1st night I wondered what I was getting into and why was I giving up precious after work time to go to a class? i needn’t have worried and actually those 8 classes did more for me than sleeping for a week! Vicki was so well prepared with everything you could need for a class (including snacks and drinks!!!) and everyone that was there was so welcoming! Loved all the exercises and didn’t feel at all self conscious that kept getting adjustments due to my dodgy hips (Vicki just gives options and you do what suits!) I know that the self hypnosis and breathing exercises will work well for me during labour and the bond to baby is even stronger after these classes! I really cannot recommend this class or Vicki enough and I hope those starting on their journey have as much fun as I did! xxx – Alison Fletcher

* That’s me completed my 8 week block at YogaBellies. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Have met a lovely bunch of ladies. I would like to say a big thank you to Victoria C Stewart, you have been a great teacher and have passed on lots of hints and tips to help me through my pregnancy.
