About Me

A mum to two beauties, a crazy energetic 5 year old & a determined, independent 1 year old.
I love all things Mum, baby & Yoga!!

I first discovered yoga when I worked in a gym & was asked to train to teach a yoga based fitness class. I went on to teach other classes but yoga had made a big impression on me & was the one that just felt right.
I love the sense of release it gives during and after a practise.
I Also love all things outdoors, I’m RHS qualified & trained as a florist, however since having kids I’m lucky to keep on top of the garden!

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

Since having my first baby I knew that I wanted a career where I could work with ladies through pregnancy & after birth, it is such an amazing time in a woman’s life, I wanted to find a path where I could help & be a part in those journeys. I first discovered YogaBellies in 2013 and instantly I knew it was for me. However, I let life get in the way and ended up returning to the office job. There were many days when I’d daydream about “the time I considered becoming a YogaBellies teacher.”
So, whilst on maternity leave a second time I decided it was a now or never time in life… and the answer was now!

I myself have found the YogaBellies for mum & baby classes so beneficial for me & my daughter, they had such positive physical, emotional & social impacts on both of us. And now, with my baby not really a baby anymore I love being able to help other ladies, whether pre or post natal or just simply enjoying yoga and it’s many benefits for themselves, it really is a magical journey ladies!

I want to be able to help the ladies of my local communities to connect with each other and be able to have those ‘wow’ moments of feeling truly calm & content, no matter which classes you choose to attend.

I’m so excited & honoured to be bringing YogaBellies to East Cambs & Fenland and I look forward to hearing from you.

Nadia made sure that we were comfortable during the class, offering alternative positions if we were finding a particular position challenging, this meant that I didn’t feel that I needed to push myself and could relax.
