Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years or so and when I found Yogabellies it felt right for me. Classes tailored especially for women at every age and stage of their lives was just such a wonderful ethos!

Yogabelles Luna and CorePlay classes are gorgeous yoga classes for all women.

Yogabellies for Pregnancy classes are a perfect way of exercising safely during pregnancy and enhancing the bond with your baby. It’s also a lovely place to meet other mums to be during this special time.

Yogabellies for Mum and Baby are not only a lovely, relaxed way to get back to exercise but a fabulous way to spend time bonding with your baby and spending time with other Mums.

Thursdays: 20:15-21:15

Yogabellies for Pregnancy classes:
Thursdays: 19:00-20:00

Yogabellies for Mum and Baby:
Fridays: 09:30-11:15

What people have said about my YogaBellies classes...

I could not recommend the pregnancy yoga & mum & baby yoga classes enough. Jo is a great teacher and provided me with so much support during my pregnancy. I would not have got through labour without using the techniques Jo taught me. I managed to have a natural birth and only got on the gas and air when I was 10cm!
The relaxation section at the end of each class really helped to keep my anxiety of giving birth at bay and kept me feeling positive.
I’m so pleased that I joined both pregnancy yoga & mum & baby yoga and I would recommend both classes to any mum’s to be!

I cannot recommend this pregnancy yoga class enough!
I had never done yoga before however Jo is an amazing teacher and was easy to follow. The class has a lovely atmosphere and I believe it really helped me prepare physically and mentally for labour.
I met other mums-to-be in the class who now, post pregnancy, I see regularly with our babies.
I am currently enrolled on a 6 week mum and baby course with Jo and really enjoying it! I have already rebooked for November and December!

Pregnancy yoga was brilliant and lovely down time for me during my pregnancy allowing me to connect with my baby in a calm and peaceful hour. I enjoyed the sessions with Jo and tried to do some practice at home also.
I really found all the breathing methods worked for me during my labour and birth and I managed to breath my way through my labour and birth without pain relief. Amazing the power of the mind and body with some good solid focused yoga breaths. Worth every penny and more. �

I’m into week 5 of mum’s and babies yoga with jo and have loved this course! It’s super relaxing, and flexible with the babies- jo picks a point in the class when the babies are most relaxed to do a bit of work just for the mums. I like that it’s getting a little more challenging each week as well. The babies all seem to love it. Thanks jo! I’ll hopefully be doing the next block or post natal without the little one!

Just finished my block of pregnancy yoga and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. I started at 15weeks pregnant not really knowing what to expect, but I have found it a way to calm all my anxieties. I’ve met some amazing people and the different techniques used have prepared me for labour (something I was extremely nervous about). I did pregnancy yoga with Jo and found it a huge source of relaxation and comfort during my pregnancy and birth. Jo is positive and professional and offered advice that, as a new mum, I really appreciated. I enjoyed the classes so much that I’ve now just started baby yoga with my ten week old daughter which is a great opportunity to practice yoga, with my baby and also enjoy a cup of tea with other mums. I cannot recommend Jo’s classes highly enough.

Yoga bellies with Jo was great. Weekly practice of breathing techniques which I used in labour and really helped when I needed to focus. Tips for stretching & relaxing as well. My 2nd birthing experience was all the better for it. I would definitely recommend it.
