About Me

My name is Becky, I’m mum to 2 gorgeous little children: a little boy, Ted and a little girl Cora. I live in Bebington with my children and husband. We recently moved back to the area to be closer to family.

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

When I was pregnant with my first child, Cora, I practised YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes in Leicestershire with the wonderful Jess. After my little girl was born I continued to attend YogaBellies classes for Mum and Baby and then YogaBellies for Women classes. I found the YogaBellies classes wonderful and they really helped me to find friends and a sense of community, as well as helping me to keep fit and relax. When I moved back to Bebington and was pregnant with my son I couldn’t find a similar class so thought why not start one myself. I absolutely love all things pregnancy and baby and can’t wait to start helping mummies to be on the Wirral.

Other qualifications

I am a qualified secondary RE Teacher.

What people have said about my YogaBellies classes...

“I’m so glad that I came across your YogaBellies group. I have really enjoyed every second; from the yoga to getting to know other mummies to be, and our endless chats!”

“It has been such an enjoyable experience, it gave me time to relax whilst doing gentle yoga exercises throughout my pregnancy. Becky is so lovely and not at all pushy, she is very knowledgeable about yoga and about child birth. I’ve met some lovely ladies who I hope to stay in touch with on the rest of this journey of becoming a mummy. I couldn’t think of a better way to get through the ups and downs of pregnancy , as there is time each week to talk through any concerns or worries you are feeling.”

” I couldn’t recommend Becky and her yoga classes any more! I loved my time on a Sunday night with her, it made me enjoy my pregnancy especially in the later weeks when it got tough.”

“Since the first day we really enjoyed the dynamics of the group: open, relaxed, slow paced, no pressure atmosphere – as much as for my little one as for myself. Becky is an excellent communicator, she can relate and bring people together through her own experiences and of course yoga: every physical level is accepted and you feel you can challenge yourself.”
