YogaBellies Teachers

YogaBellies now have Certified YogaBellies Teachers offering
perinatal yoga, birth education, baby massage and children's yoga classes throughout the UK.

Each YogaBellies teacher has been extensively trained and mentored by Cheryl herself and share her love of pregnancy, childbirth and all things baby :) Most of our teachers are mummies already or aspiring to be very soon and all have a strong yoga practice and have felt the benefits of yoga on their health and spirit.
