YogaBellies will be running an over night Mum & Baby Retreat in for all mums and babies (up to 18 months) who wish to attend!

What the weekend involves...

The YogaBellies Mum & Baby Retreat is a weekend away from it all to allow mum and baby to spend quality time together and also for mum to get a little relaxation time on her own :) Mum and baby can choose to attend as many or as little of the planned sessions as they wish and or you can just relax with baby, or go for walks in the beautiful countryside surrounding the lodge. There are three acres of private grounds and walks amongst the stunning scenery on our doorstep, suitable for all from gentle strolls to challenging hill-walks

Mum and baby can choose to socialize with the others mums and babies or spend time alone, the choice is yours. Mum can also choose to have more treatments (at additional cost) if she wishes, while baby can play in the creche with our qualified childminders and nursery nurses. All in all, this weekend is about mum and baby about bonding and relaxing in their own way.

All meals from Friday dinner time until Sunday lunchtime are included and are healthy, scrumptious, colourful and full of life. Mealtimes are a joy-time at Lendrick Lodge, with lots of opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new ones, and enjoy a communal feast :)

Lendrick Lodge holistic retreat is located in the heart of Scotland, in the beautiful Trossachs. Lendrick Lodge rests on ancient Celtic land with a magical energy for all to enjoy. The Mum & Baby sessions will be held at The River Retreat, which sits adjacent to Lendrick River – the perfect sound for healing and enchantment... There is a cosy lounge within the retreat with small library and log fire. There are homely comforts and facilities throughout the centre and dedicated and supportive staff. There is also private parking for those travelling by car.
