About Me

My name is Siobhan, I have been a yoga teacher for 17 years & have 7 children ages 14, 13, 12, 10, 9, 7 & 3 years.
I love teaching Pre-natal yoga, Mum & Baby Postnatal yoga & Belles (Yoga for Woman of all ages) classes and look forward to meeting you all!

Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher...

After giving birth to my 6th child & being a yoga teacher to kids & adults for 12 years…. I felt that this was a natural progression for me!
After asking the universe for the perfect course….up popped YogaBellies on my newsfeed on Facebook!
After some investigating & some chats with the lovely Cheryl, I instantly new this was for me. 🙂

I love love love my job…. I’m in my 5th year now and & can honestly say I’ve never looked back! X

Fantastic class and lovely teacher. The classes were great, suitable for all levels of fitness and a good way to wind down at the end of the day. Welcoming, friendly atmosphere and nice to meet other mums. This was my second baby and I was a bit sceptical that breathing techniques could help in labour, but they did(!) I used them all the way through and felt much more comfortable/in control.

This is a brilliant class. I started quite late at 28 weeks having never done yoga but really benefitted from it. Siobhan is so lovely and the class is relaxed and friendly. I looked forward to the weekly stretches, breathing & relaxation techniques and managed to have a drug free birth as a result despite being induced. Our baby daughter was born stress free with no problems. I thoroughly recommend the class and any other that Siobhan leads.

I LOVED this class. I started around 14 weeks and carried on right through to the week I had my daughter. Siobhan is a wonderful teacher, very lovely and inspirational. The class is very relaxing and I always looked forward to it and my “me time”. The yoga is perfect for pregnant mums, keeping you supple whilst not being top challenging. Perfect for beginners to yoga. There is plenty of time for chat with all the other mummies and sharing stories. Siobhan has lots of good advice and the breathing you are taught came in very useful during labour. I look forward to the mum and baby yoga next!

I really enjoy this class. Siobhan is warm and welcoming and the class atmosphere is very relaxed. I have found the breathing techniques excellent for switching off and winding down before bed time, I’m sure they will help keep me calm during labour. The class is very empowering and focuses on you being able to positively influence your birthing experience.

Amazing class , really frenidly group of woman and Siobhan the teacher is fantastic! My favourite part was the relaxation at the end , it really did relax you and help after work all week. Highly recommend

An excellent class with a fantastic teacher. Friendly and welcoming, I looked forward to going each week. I really believe that the breathing and exercises which Siobhan taught us each week helped me to have a natural birth and to stay at home for as long as possible. I will be doing the class when I have another child, I can’t recommend it enough.
