A half day workshop to help prepare for birth using yoga postures, breathing
and relaxation techniques including:
Yoga for birthing;
Yogic breathing & relaxation techniques for pregnancy and birth;
An introduction to self-hypnosis for pregnancy and birth;
Letting go: Fear Release Hypnosis;
Preparing for the Big Day including creating a Birth Plan;
A group Blessingway to celebrate the journey into Motherhood;
Full vegetarian lunch provided and refreshments thoughout the workshop
This workshop can also be provided privately for you and your partner offering specifically what you want to cover or you can attend with a group of other couples :)
