Post natal yoga classes to get mummy back into shape once baby arrives! Finding time to relax and stretch can be difficult with baby in tow (I know lol!) so these classes are a perfect way to incorporate baby into your workout, have some fun and meet new other mums :) Mum and Baby yoga is the perfect opportunity for mum and baby to relax together and bond. The class includes yoga for mummy, yoga for baby and also some postures which can be done together :)
You will also receive a handout with some postures for mummy and baby to try at home.
