"I started YogaBellies for aspiring yogis who wanted to practice yoga, experience the many holistic benefits and have fun without it seeming too 'mystical' or unattainable :) I started to teach classes specifically for mums and mums to be so that they too could enjoy yoga in a comfortable, no-pressure environment during the most special time in their lives. I share this vision with the other YogaBellies teachers that I have trained throughout the UK.
YogaBellies offer a range of pre and post natal classes and workshops as well as coaching in other skills such as HypnoBirthing (which sits very well with pre natal yoga) and baby massage and baby yoga. As a new mum myself, I understand the importance of a calm and natural birth for both mother and child and I know that Baby Massage and Mum and Baby Yoga also offer the perfect continuation to relax you and your baby after the birth and to allow for natural bonding.
Becoming a mother is the most important thing you will ever do. Giving birth is the most exciting, empowering and spiritual experience you will have in your life and it is my hope that I can share this passion with others mums and help them to have a beautiful birth experience and to embrace motherhood.
YogaBellies are happy to tailor a complete holistic programme for your specific needs including Pre Natal Yoga, relaxation techniques, meditation and nutritional advice as well as HypnoBirthing, to prepare for the birth of your baby. We also offer complete Birth & Baby Packages offering Post-Natal Yoga (you can choose to bring baby along too for some Baby Yoga!) and Baby Massage after the birth of your child.
